James Ball

CEO and Chief Strategist

James Ball, Founder & CEO: James finds himself in a position in him career that seems ideal for bringing
the Frontline Holdings Group vision for Cleveland to fruition. He brings over a decade of successful
marketing and brand promotion experience along with him. James has an extremely strong, peoplefocused and leadership-driven background in addition to an unrelenting drive for personal success.
While witnessing some of the problems of the Cleveland community continue to languish over time, he
began to realize the potential of his putting his network and leadership skills to work for the betterment
of the people around him. He also realized that, in parallel, he could begin addressing long-time interests
associated with land and real estate development and investment

Arthur Alexander

Director of Finance

Arthur brings the financial prowess to FHG to round out the team. He is currently a faculty member
at the University of the People, where he conducts and supports courses associated with the Moodle Instruction System. He has taught
business administration courses as an instructor and subject matter expert with respect to finance, economics, and business management
principles. He also spends a great deal of time designing course content and planning/creating lectures and online discussions

Demetrius Adams

Director of Operations

Demetrius has a wealth of personal and operational management
experience stemming from Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). While at EIS, he led day-to-day
supervisory initiatives for Contractor personnel assigned to tasks such as data entry/prepping, Q.C. work
and indexing. He is universally respected and well-liked by his employees, especially related to his ability
to demand accountability while making sure he practices what he preaches.

James Phillips

Director Sales and Marketing

James is excited to launch FHG with long-time colleague James Ball. He has an impressive background
that includes decades of logistics and shipping/transportation experience with multiple C-level roles. He has acquired an especially strong
knowledge of inventory optimization and its relationship to delivery fleet management. In addition, like
partner James Ball, he holds a deep real estate interest – going back for more than 20 years associated
with residential construction and development
